Are you just now noticing that the "director "are just supervisors in disguise. The director I had couldn't read spell or speak clearly she had the skill set at a fifth grade level. I liken these people to Mail room clerks who are suddenly put in the C suite

Oh, brother. This thread has rendered me speechless. I can only hope it is a sick joke. I have dealt with many ill-advised hires in my day and put them on the fast track to 7.90 an hour at BK, but even the home of the whopper would not tolerate the level of stupidity that has been displayed here.

Dealing with many ill-advised hires, as you label them, are no doubt the residual effects of your own performance, since you claim to have empowerment as well, to put them back with their former employers. Put down the BK manager’s guide book and take ownership of your own performance, Mr. Former-BK Manager. Quest needs talented leadership.

I taught my elite team to protect their wealth with a diverse portfolio. A circumstance and concept you seem to know nothing about. Just know that every whopper you shovel into your pie hole adds not only to your enormous ass, but also to our bottom line.
