Terriories have been so severely cut unfairly. The territories need to be realigned now. Rank reports need to go away until there is equal opportunity. This is a travesty!

That's the point the original poster is trying to make. This is a gigantic crock of shit! They shouldn't even have sales awards in this division because there is no equal opportunity in the MS division. To clap for someone because they were given a stellar territory is absolutely insane. This simply can't be tolerated and I agree completely with this poster.

you can also just have your manager adjust your quota, it really helps though if the manager is trying to get promoted and you also have headquarter connections....it also helps if your a minority & a single parent. even if you don't perform in one of the smallest territories with some of the most important accounts your mgr can adjust your quota for u so u can win again and again and again. we have a great company

If you don't want to be ranked, get out of sales! The whining here is unbelievable. The goals are mostly team based and soon goals will be based on history, so the opportunity to do well is there now and will be there in the future.

Even if this claim was true, why come on here to vent? dumbass.
