Most people would agree that there are ethics issues if:
-Manager lies on performance review
-Director does nothing to correct the situation
-Employee is terminated for no reason; company offers a "generous" severance pckg- a few months of out placement svc, addt'l months of insurance and and a tiny fraction of salary-- in exchange for legally binding agreement to never describe the abuse or even the severance agreement. What a joke.
