Unethical recruiters

If you are looking, be careful who you use; I learned that a recruiter has compromised their code of ethics by snitching to Cadence that I was looking. I am horrified. I have used a couple and if I knew for sure which one, I would post name. If they did it to me, they have done it to others. Watch out.

Wow. Pretty unprofessional from a recruiter. If you figure it out, post their name and contact information. On every single board. However your manager is likely looking too, unless he or she is a complete dumbass, which is also a possibility! Hopefully you can get out if this hellhole sooner than later.
 






I think it's completely unethical for Cadence to care who is looking! So a recruiter gets their hands on some resumes and feels the need to "strengthen some relationships by telling", why are they even playing that game; none of my previous companies behaved this way! Shame on Cadence! confirms the demoralizing culture

As soon as I figure out which one it is, I will post the name and let every colleague of mine know! They should not be in this business. And, yes my manager is a complete dumbass. Thank you, and good luck to you.

How did you find out that Cadence was told by a recruiter? The management here breeds fear and paranoia ... I wouldn't put it past managers saying they "heard" you were looking to see if you are.
