Understand how Medical Device industry uses FDA's site

I am trying to understand what type of information that the FDA has on their sites that medical device industry uses and how they use it? ( ie 510k's Drugs@FDA, OrangeBook, NDC Numbers, clinical trials, etc.)

Are there any challenges with accessing the data that the FDA's sites provide?
