How could a court set Jerry Sandusky's bail @ $250k for victims #9 and #10 but @ only $100k for victims #1-8? Apparently Uncle Jerry was unable to post $250k in cash and was taken to Bubba's house.

Apparently victim #9 testified that he met Sandusky in 2004 at summer camp organized by Sandusky's non-profit children's organization Second Mile. Sandusky gave him presents and money and took him to Ped State football games. The victim testified that he slept over at Sandusky's home where he was instructed to sleep in the basement where Sandusky later forced him into acts of oral and anal sex.

Now think about this. The Ped State coaching staff knew that Uncle Jerry was diddling little boys well before 2004. And the Ped State coaching staff knew about Second Mile, a children's organization that Uncle Jerry helped create. And the Ped State coaching staff - to include Pappa Joe, did nothing to alert the cops of this man's horrid sexual deviancy?

What kind of animals are these people? Have they no human decency at all? Are they moral savages? Why would they allow this beast to continue to have his way with little children?

Can anyone answer those questions for me? It is absolutely beyond my comprehension how grown revered adults in coveted professional positions could behave in such a reckless and neglectful manner when it comes to the safety of innocent little children.

What do you want from the Man? He won two National Titles and could draw 105,000 for Shippinsberg State. Those don't come along every day of the week.
 






Wake me up when Jerry pleads out to 10 counts of 'contributing to the delinquency of a minor' and a Pennsylvania superior court judge sentences him to 3 years probation and community service at the local Boy's Club.

Waiting for the Catholics and the Penn State to hook up and start a fund raiser to stop child abuse. Both hide it for as long as possible and when it finally gets inadvertently exposed the next phase is to find a way to make money off it while looking like the good guy. Never fails. Gotta may hay while the sun shines. And 9 out of 10 times the general public take the bait. PT Barnum was right.

Uncle Jerry had a chance to face his accusers at the prelim examination today and waived it.

Although both sides deny it, there are rumors of a plea bargain in the making.

W/ 10 victims and 53 counts of molestation related charges, if that muh fuh does anything less than 15 years in the big house in the general population the system is fixed.

Any perv in a position of power and responsibility who misuses his authority to take sexual advantage of little boys should get no plea bargain.

He should be housed in an institution for the sexually insane so he can get a little bit of what he's been dishing out.
 






Uncle Jerry's old hag of a wife also needs to watch out. Was it victim #10 who said that he cried out for help while being molested in the basement? The victim said he knew Mrs. Sandusky was at home. Today his wife was at his side so I guess she has enabled Uncle Jerry to molest innocent boys for years. That is what is really sick about this whole thing. She knew and did not do a damn thing!

That would be pretty hard to prove, Bamaboy. But I suspect you're right. How could a wife live with a seasoned molester and not know something was wrong? If she knew about it and turned a blind eye she's just as sick as he is. And these were supposed to be respected members of the elite community in Pennsylvania? :D

McCreary decimated Sandusky on the stand today. I wonder how much longer McCreary keeps his job at Penn State? Giving up another coach probably isn't considered an admirable characteristic by the Penn St. insiders who are outside the public view. I wonder whether McCreary and Joe Pa's kid, Jay, have done any bar hopping together lately? I suspect not.
