Unbelievable

After the worst, most scripted and impersonal conference call I've ever heard, they've left us with an org structure totally devoid of leadership. GG and JM couldn't have read their insincere lines more poorly. And you'd think they'd have been on time to their own call. Amateur hour. They fired the VPs that we actually liked and left the clowns in place. I can't believed they shot PZ after all the good he's done. Now the chief clown will be joined by perhaps the worst VP we've ever had and run this thing out of Atlanta? Are you kidding me? Don't they remember what the NE was like the last time they let him lead people on US soil? Major Blowhard (MB) still around in the central US. His righteousness will work well with his new boss. They've run off those that really cared about us and demoted others that were driving the cultural change. And they preach alignment? They're so misaligned with the field that it's comical. Can't wait to hear about our new comp plans....should be another entertaining conference call.

Well, things in the southeast are looking better! Most of the leadership losers were fired(except Marante, not sure how this guy survived?). I'm encouraged but need to actually see the culture change towards employees and customers.

You people are pathetic... think about what your'e doing. You're on a message board, anonymously complaining about people that you no longer work with. I can't think of anything more pathetic.

Obviously, I understand the irony of the fact that I'm wasting my time posting as well, but really, I just can't understand it. Are you still so badly damaged by your ISI experience that you can't move on? Is this really somehow helping you or making you better? "I was fired by those assholes, but I'll show em, I'll post that they're steroid freaks or give great head, or make fun of them on cafepharma about the time they said 'boomsauce,' That'll show them."

You really need to deal with something deep inside of yourself if this is how you choose to react to your experience at ISI... and before you post your juvenile "Whatever CZ" reply, I'm not any of the people that you'll say I am (I'm not CZ, I'm not MT, I'm not BK, or anyone directly involved in the changes, but if you've been here a while, you know me.) I do know this company, and I do know it's not perfect, but I also do know that if you get over yourself, you'll be much better off. Seriously, your foundation is cracked, and it's time to do something about it. And before you say "I've moved on and I'm so much happier"- guess what- nobody believes you. People that are happier don't post on cafepharma.

Let it go already...

You have good points.
The answer honestly is no it is hard to let go.

Hard to let go of a technology that you believe in whole heartedly.
Hard to let go of surgeons and accounts that you have raised from nothing!
Hard to handle that you are told that you don't know how to sell from someone above you who has never tackled the account with you... Ever !
It is pathetic, only bc the people that this org cuts loose many times really truly care and believe in their job. And hit numbers!

The old boys network is under fire.

Typical self important ass hat. "You know me"..... Uh, no we don't. Get over yourself.

It's amazing how poor the decisions were made regarding the talent they let go. Must be a cost cutting venture to improve profit since they can't seem to grow top line anymore. I believe that's a mistake, who signs up to work for a company that lets top performers with ten years tenure go without even a thank you? Top line will continue to suffer, as you can see on these message boards there is a counter argument that needs to be addressed.

It is however, quite a ridiculous argument to say that computer assistance to improve vision and precision is not an improvement over manual chopsticks with a 20cm moment and no wrists.

So refreshing to read this post, and agree with you completely. ISI is not now and never has been perfect. Further- we've let good people go, and kept a few a-holes around- all that's true.

But let it go already. If you've moved on and are enjoying greener pastures, count your belssings. The whining comes off like a jilted girlfriend/boyfriend who cant move on.

Why not turn the tables on them? Share what you know about the hiding of defects? Any e-mails, or info would set a "spark" to a fire for them "old boys". How far back did they know? Exposing them after being treated like a maggot is the best way for karma to work!
Doing good... brings good things... Spill the beans! Show them Old boys they done messed up! Didn't they?
