Unbelievable ! Galderma owns Branded generic D competing w/ Vectical

Yes, oh Yes. I ran into a Glaxo manager that I am friends with. He told me that
their Foam D has been delayed 3x and might not be brought to market.
He said, what an odd move Galderma is marketing the Branded Generic against Vectical.
He showed me specifics.

What is going on ? How and why would thret do this to us ?
 




LEO has been sharing that with Doc's for a while. Galderma is greedy and selling 1 Molecule saying it's superior, but they own the one they are trashing.

I asked my DM, he said I never heard of such a thing. I asked him to follow up and zip.

Let's ask the question at the September meeting during Q and A .

This is so serious and makes me sick if it's true. I will know tomorrow.
It was very suspiciouswhen it started being sampled, and the size of the tube, unusually large , traditional to Galderma.

They will owe us big, and will loose faith, support, loyalty from the entire Cutiscience
division.
 








I know Galderma and its holding companies own or part own a few Generic manufacturing
companies. One is GLADE. They have no interests in TARO.

This branded "generic D" being samples is a direct conflict to our selling and commission
contract.
 




Which one ? dovonex ointment, calcipitriene,?
I thought the generic is Taro and LEO or WC has Dovonex?

A rep asked me a few months ago about Galderma involved with Dovonex Ointment
being available if prescribed as DAW. I said I have no clue?
 




who cares. at least the company is smart enough to make some good business decisions. If we didn't own it, someone else would make money anyway..so why not Galderma?? Would you rather work for Medimetrix peddling those shitty products... Just suck it up and be happy you are getting a paycheck. yeah vectcial numbers suck ..deal with it, it will turn around. Not selling the product, thats a great idea...that way you can make no money for the quarter. You'll show them!!!

Be happy looser in your 3 bedroom ranch, weber grill, and 85 k salary. Galderma makes over $416 on every script of Vectical, less than .00001 % that each of us make in commission.

QUOTA's How odd that we have been told quotas are done for the entire year.
They are done on a full years running rate.

Where are they ? Why don't we have them ? We are 45 days into the 3rd
quarter without. Ask your DM's? Why the hell don't they have an answer.

We are all being so bent over. They are figuring out the way not to pay
out reps. They have a set dollar amount a max out for each quarter and
numbers have to be shifted for a select few.

The select few will have bang out numbers way over 150% because they
don't make anything over that .
