UMass Memorial Laboratories New England Team: Beware, Illegalities again!

WOW, Cambridge Business Unit and Wallingford Business Unit, I was shocked to hear how sleazy UMass Memorial Labs really is...... They hired Dawn Levesque, a CT REP that sold dermpath for Quest for five years.....And they allow her to use the name / alias Ellen Butzer???? How wacked out is that??? They allow her email address, which at a hospital is tied to your social, everything, etc to be changed. The purpose for this? I don't know. Unless she had a bad reputation at Quest why would you use another name, or you have no contacts. Her salary is triple the base of the other sales reps. Yep folks 150k..... plus mileage. Can someone please enlighten me??? IS this LEGAL? DO other companies allow people to do this? Dawn Levesque AKA Ellen Butzer is the Anatomic Pathology rep for over a year at the labs....

Wanna dream job: work for UMass starting base salary 150,000 plus unlimited budget, and mileage, no ride alongs with mgt, 1 meeting a week, no quotas or goals, no training. 6% commission which they never pay on time, thus making up for the good base. The mangement encourages lying because there are no territories, it's a free for all..... The VP of the labs says "don't worry about lying, just play the game" The Senior Outreach Director never held a sales job in her life, and knows nothing, she's a medtech/benchwarmer. She allows this to go on and encourages it. Its cut throat, an anarchy, and the Outreach Director competes with the reps and gets 3% off community health care centers.
