UBM in my car

It doesn't seem right that as a rep I am allowed to store product in my car without any regulations from the company. Corporate sent out an email informing us we don't have to keep product in coolers. The IFU says it needs to be kept at room temp, so why are we allowed to have pig organs in our car when temperatures can be over 100 degrees or below 0?

Is this safe to implant unregulated tissues into patients? I know Synovis had alarm systems that when the product exceeding safe temperatures it would go off and change the color of the product packaging.

I also know other acellular allografts that are required to be shipped from tissue banks.

How is this safe?
