For conservatives it seems like a half win. While they overturned the required insurance feature, they threw out a lower court decision that threw out the whole thing.

Not really. This was the funding feature of the whole plan. Without this feature, congress will have to pass a new spending bill to finance Obamacare. Good luck with that.

IF (emphasis on IF) the supremes don't overturn this ruling, Obamacare is dead.
