Money, stock options, a higher title, experience, get treated better, diversity (not a company with a sea of white men running the organization), no gender discrimination (very few women even in middle management). Trust me I know. I left and found all of the above at a smaller company. But Upper Management tried to do damage control by concocting a story to say I was leaving to stay home and spend more time with my children. Galderma is not a very healthy, diverse environment and there is a lot more money and less stress at smaller companies.

coolsculpting has nothing but a sea of white men running the organization. management has documented issues with the way he treats women. not one african american in the sales force of 100 reps. i think we're looking to acquire cool sculpting.
