Typical day/day in the life of a rep

We constantly hear about the burn out culture of Intuitive. What's a typical day like for an associate or rep? Are 10-12 hour days the norm? Money was always a driving force for the hours and stress but from what I've read comp is down. Whats the typical comp look like nowadays?

Money continues to go down year after year. Most people here are just waiting for the next oppertunity/start up. Cheers.
