Both Oncology Brand Leads went to Compliance to tell them all of the stuff that was going on, that we ultimately got subpoenas for... Compliance swept it under the carpet and allowed BC to retaliate against both of those individuals, swiftly and surely. You really think these two guys were dumb enough to trus compliance? C'mon. They knew they would get retaliated against...as did their attorneys...and others.
 






























...and VB, the VP of Compliance, thought her "friends" in the Eastern District of PA would tell her if there was a suit.. Little did she know that the Southern District of NY was handling it. Now they're in the dark and scrambling to catch up. Won't help though. I promise there's nothing they can do to get out of this one. I'm speaking of the Treanda case, specifically. BC put the nail in the coffin for them, in his infinite wisdom.

Let's not get carried away. I don't know Bill enough to like or dislike him. I despise the illegal activities that he perpetrated on cancer patients, tax payers, the US Government, etc. I dislike the fact that Cephalon Leadership was spineless and stood by as BC retaliated and Compliance cleaned up the mess...somehow thinking that they were actually going to get away with this?? Arrogance at it's worst. They just wanted this deal to go through, so they could make their millions the fact that JP stood by as this happened when he had a son who died of brain cancer, is just unbelievable. I guess over $6M is more important than principle.

What, exactly, was the illegal activity? Nobody ha s ever been specific as to what the alleged illegal activity / off-label marketing involved. Was the whistle blower in marketing, the sales force, or both? BC is a creepy, egotistical maniac and I would like nothing better than to see him fired.
