And the sales force keeps turning over.. That's 8 in three weeks! Upper management must be patting themselves on the back right now as they expected 30% attrition. I find it interesting that the 30% turnover rate doesn't apply to RMs and DMs. Reps that have given over 10yrs of service with multiple trips are being let go without a blink of the eye. As lives are being ruined by this mess of a drug launch I don't see how DMs and RMs can sleep at night unless they are sociopaths.

it's really sad. employees that have been here for a long time are leaving and corporate does not care. this is not the same company we used to work for.

Only an insecure, unprofessional would act that way. They probably have never done a real hospital sell themselves. Hard to have respect for jerks. Pure Greed, "no it all", pharma thugs.
