Two hospital AD's eliminated. Threads pulled again.

What is going on in this company. Two area directors eliminated in the hospital division in a short time period. At least one DM is gone from Ohio. Any Others?

The noose seems to be tightening on management in this organization. This behavior usually trickles down to the field force. All our jobs are on the block here. An earlier poster in a different thread thought HAP is the cause. Legal seems to have management in a genital lock down.

If anyone has information as to what is going on with this organization, please share.
 






Maybe it's time for everyone to realize it's not just the reps that are being targeted. So when you think management is coming down hard on you, it's because it's coming down harder on them. Seems fair wouldn't you agree?
 






It is about time they got rid of some
of these managers that have been around
just too long. they don"t contribute anything
to this company and they are hoping they
can hide until they retire. they hate the job
and they just want a few more paychecks.
time to get rid of the deadwood.

Management is being held accountable for what is happening in the field. More managers will be canned in the near future. Time is running out.

Why does this company continue to pay enormously large bonuses for Vibativ when the drug is barely being used. Its a joke. Won't be able to brag about selling your new MRSA drug. That would require seeing some sales. Not hospital reps after all, just able to push low cost antifungals who are soon to loose patent.
 
























Are you guys that desparate. Off label promotion.
That is as old as prostitution. It has been happening
with all of the products. Every manager trying to save
their butt. You guys are a sick bunch.
