TV-46000?

How hard is TV–46,000 going to be to sell in a super crowded antipsychotic injectable market? Other than coverage, what will be the biggest obstacle? I am interviewing for a position and want to know what you guys think.

What the hell is TV-46000?

I'm interviewing as well. LAI for schizophrenia with novel delivery. I'm hearing that the data looks really good and will compete against other treatments that don't have as good of outcomes. I was told that the field force buildout will be in January so new sales teams will be ready to go to their National meeting in February. Lots of Manager, Hospital Account and Rep openings on their website.

Any idea if base / bonus range for reps? How’s Teva’s benefit package? Car? PTO?

A “novel delivery” huh? Are you serious? It’s just another LAI and nothing more that will have horrible to no coverage. Medicaid will laugh at this!

I was told base is 110,000 - 120,000
Bonus $ 42,000
NSM in February
Launch meeting in April in Orlando
Start date around Feb 14
I had a teams interview on Monday with hiring DM and one other DM.
Spoke with HR on Wednesday.
Was told to expect a call from Regional sometime next week.

Very accurate account of what is happening. Got a base of $118,000. Everything else you said is spot on.

Please, if considering Teva, ensure you have exhausted all of your other options. Teva is NOT the place to be right now. Layoffs, lawsuits, and lack of sr leadership abound.

Are you telling me that teva is the only pharma company Being sued? Pfizer, Abbvie, Lilly, etc are all being sued over opioids. In tevas case today, I would not worry. It was a jury ruling. The appeal will go tevas way. 9 out of 10x these jury ruling are reversed. Besides, the judge is ruling on Jan 3rd about ruling this as a mistrial over prosecutorial misconduct. As for layoffs, teva did a reorg. Not many were let go. Thanks for the concern, but everything you mentioned teva people should be worried about can be applied to pretty much any pharma company

You know, there were about 100 people or so laid off—more from neuro and specialty than psych, and some have been hired back. To say not many though would be incorrect. And yes, lay-offa happen, which is why someone should go into Teva knowing this, especially since Teva seems to be down-playing the lay-offs. And wait, all the people quitting too, and that is aside from the anti-vaxxers.
Still a lack of sr leadership here, we can’t get out of our own way.

Any movement on the psych positions? I was told I was moving forward and it’s been silent and no response from regional
Manager. Fine if they are moving forward with someone else but it’s unprofessional to ghost candidates.
