Mgr has limited people leadership exp and is a puppet for ZD and can’t think for herself. Spends entire time gossiping about others on the team. No knowledge in therapeutic area.

It's hard to work for someone you can't trust. She'd sell you out in a heartbeat to save herself. Seen it with the way she's treated some on the team. ZD is the puppet master thinks he's awesome, nobody likes or respects him and everyone talks behind their backs.
ZA does his dirty work, she fishes around for dirt to bring back to ZD. Toxic environment that I and most looking to get out of ASAP.
 












HaHa! I knew her at previous Shire division. Incompetent and NOT a leader. She is smart enough to constantly move on to another position (even if lateral) every 12-18 months....so she doesn’t get exposed. We used to laugh at her. I guess she is the OBU’s problem now! HaHa!

What do the holidays have to do with anything? It's okay to call someone out for being terrible at their job, so long as it's not near a holiday?
What's wrong with calling someone it bc they are terrible at their job? Holidays or not. If your team doesn't like you or respect you maybe you should look in the mirror and change.
