Really? Last time I checked, the rank report devalues high volume and the work it takes to maintain those accounts. The rank report is a scandolous fraud and you will lose a lot of talented representatives.
 






Finally a great post which exposes all the lies we were told. I would only add that as I was spoon fed that exact same garbage during my interview. Biggest mistake in my whole career! Bar none!
 
























I promise that I had every intention of staying put, but as the rank report unfolded I got more and more frustrated how they calculated it. The rank report as I would agree with so many other posts is false and misleading especially when others have been gifted additional accounts. I also have done the calculations regarding q4 payout and even at my highest (literally impossible) scenario of the best sales I hope to achieve in my territory, I will be making very little money. I have a family to support and it is no longer a joke. There are jobs out there and I am proceeding with 2 opportunities right now. For now, just phone screens but hopefully will lead to interviews. I also asked the recruiter what she typically sees for vehicle reimbursement these days with the good companies and again as others have said, they. Are at least double whet we are given with a gas card on top of it.

No, I won't be fired, you see, I've decided to put Cadence on a PIP and if it doesn't get it's act together in the next 71 days I'm going to replace it with a different employer. I'm going to need to see a big increase in vials sold nationally every week, an increase in IC payouts in Q4, improvement in benefits, and upper management held accountable for treating people like shit.
