I heard that the same reps who finished atop the rankings last year have already blown through their "audacious goal" of 12 partway through Q1. Meanwhile the same territories that always struggle because of referral patterns continue to struggle.

Why do you think Tolga/Mara/Sally care? They make as much as you do in a month as you do all year. You are nothing more than a means to an end.
