Trying to retain us

They don't seem to want to try and retain us very much. Besides the poor benefits package, the meeting times they set up are horrible. Many of these training sessions. Like the new expense reporting etc should be given at least 3 times on that day instead of making it during a lunch or after hours on a Friday. Also, making the national meetings run till Saturday is just a bit much.
