"I hear from way to many older loyalists, of the internal abusive actions that are taken against anyone that speak out. The current leadership does not care to rebuild the reputation they had with their employees. Take a good look at those that were walked out beginning in 2007 through 2008. Almost all were removed under false pretense. Many should have banned together under a class lawsuit."

Lies in HR files? What happened in Warsaw in 07 and 08? Details please. Job titles, initials and lies told please.

This is such "old news". This company is going to be sold, employees will be let go, culture will change and its over! Cant go back and complain or worry about the past...that is over and done and the new company will move forward in a much different way with different people in charge and they won't look back. Its a sad truth but its the way of business today. Bigger is better, change is good and all that other nonsense that doesn't recognize the efforts of the many, many employees who got them there. Its the future....move on.

Thank you.

It is immoral and inhumane to fabricate incidents to "get rid of" an employee. Mergers and inevitable layoffs are common everywhere but that isn't the point. This is a big issue. Many former employees are still affected not by being laid off but the lies that went with it. There is no other medical company that has the volume of dirty deeds all beginning at the top. Biomet is a large global company and should have at the very least honest HR personnel.

Pleez. What are you talking about? You will know if you will be retained. If you just sit in front of a computer all day long and write/forward emails probably not. Your the dead weight that will be discarded.
