Well obviously he's going to say it was due to the pandemic. And he has somewhat of a point but - the bigger point is, he has 6 months till election and it fell apart in a month so he has plenty of time to put it back together. Plus when he came in on the coattails of the Obama bull run he had no problem with what he inherited so why start now?

He has a daily 2 hour reality show and he's happy as could be, all the attention in the world, the more he upsets people the more the ratings go up and the happier he is. He thinks up outrageous things to say to set off liberal media for hours, name calling etc. Outraged liberal media responds, outraged conservatives respond. Everyone's ratings go up and they're all making money, the subject doesn't really matter, the outrage is what draws attention and makes the money when ratings go up. He's a carnival barker - step right up folks!

It's hard for a lot of people to see things for what they really are, or to see that things are not always what they appear to be, because they are too busy having this us vs them attitude, or gang mentality. They act like it is hard for them to gasp the concept that there all a lot of people at there who play both sides against the middle, or double agent, whatever is convenient for them, that's Trump, plain and simple.
