Definitely was NOT a compliance issue, it was good that Aimmune (and Lundbeck briefly until finding out the truth and terminating him) went for that fictional story and hired him. They even made phone calls to Troy’s “references” which were actually personal friends imitating other people with all of the talking points provided by Troy in the event of such call.

The truth is why Troy was unemployed for so long after his escapades in Sept 2018 found him rightfully dropped and every single company that did proper backgrounds never talked to him again, not even for Manager and Director roles that he applied for.

The guy is a scumbag to start, not really bright on top of it, full of crap as he uses lies and charades as attempts to hide his deficits, and then tops all of his comically ill-equipped abilities off with a non-existent work ethic. He is hired because he is black, and then he has been fired over and over and over and over again in his career because he is incapable, dishonest, full of crap, and unfortunately stupid. Other than that, he is great.
