Trouble in Texas

ISRG has awesome technology...........BUT in my view these are the challenges going forward.....many of the machines have been placed......must grow procdure adoption to place more machines and disposables........in the face of OBAMACARE this will be TOUGH,,,GYN surgeons have barely adopted lap surgery, let alone robot...bad publicity in a market could spook their base business....robotic surgery is awesome for certain procedures, excuse the pun but a bit overkill for LAVHs or LAP Choles....once the stock price gets hammered...would not be surprised to see a J&J come in buy the company if they have not already quietyly done so....the big easy money in the stock price and sales jobs has been made...the technology will survive, just may not thrive with what is going on in healthcare Obama care........dont forget device taxes....that all said, the folks at ISRG are no fools, nothing new here to them....
