Trends??

My manager said it's a game changer. What game has it changed?

Nothing. It is just the most current illustration of how out of touch Zoll is with the patient and customer. It is the most current way they botch what they are supposed to do, tech missing surveys turned on, management forcing old devices on patients who are sickest and need LVs the longest. It is the most current example of how Zoll has missed the boat. In the new world of monitoring, this is a laughable amount and type of data.

A doctor told me "it's great that you guys are making improvements but this information is completely useless for my management of my patients"

I immediately went to my car and went on Monster.com.

First thing.... just realize Zoll doesn't care about the patients, customers or you. Once you really get that everything else makes sense. LV is nothing more than moving product or inventory on schedule. Next LV with the lowest expiration goes on a patient despite which model would work best for a patient, it just doesn't matter. The company looks at this as a generic product and its just moving inventory on time. That's why there isn't the support needed from Tech support or anyone else in the home office and why they don't care about getting accurate reimbursement right away. Just move product. There is always more energy around getting reimbursement once you leave because they don't have to pay anyone for the commissions.
