What is the better option for an associate role? QOL in trauma is obviously terrible how is it in surgical? Is it long hours in the OR for both positions? weekend?

If it's the hours you're worried about, perhaps you'd be better suited for a 9-5 position in the office building down the street. Medical Devices can be long, hard hours regardless of what specialty. It's the reward that's supposed to make it worth it
