KT is by far the worst manager ever in existence.. She makes shit smell and look good, I have never seen a women who is the most untrusting person on the planet. She decimated her division, and now they put her in charge of the Central and West Teams? She is not and never has been playing with a full deck, she must have something on the hire ups, if you even try to go to HR because of all her lying bullshit HR just paints a target on your back. I know of 6 people that left because of her and more to come... Takeda do yourself a favor and cut the cancer out and burn it, this is why you're failing as a company. With a 57% drop in profit in the fiscal year of 2023, you need to look at who is causing the problems, here rap sheet with HR has to be a mile long by now, she belongs in a padded cell with other people like her!

Human resources will always protect the manager and never the representative… The best thing for you to do is switch divisions or leave.
 




Actually the whole Transplant management team sucks! CB & SL support Karen. Not sure what she has on them but no one understands why they keep her around after destroying the team. She is a horrible manager bringing nothing but grief to the table.

She is by far the worst person I have ever encountered in my entire life, and thankfully I do not work directly for her, otherwise I would have been out many months ago. They just use her to get rid of people, that don't comply to the ever moving dartboard called Takeda Compliance! Sad, 5 out of 7 left because of her and all had HR complaints and they did nothing, this tells you most HR departments in this business are so full of shit as they protect the real assholes that are ruining this business. Takeda so called "Speak Up" culture is so flawed that only the critically woke are allowed to speak up...

She most likely has something on someone so they can’t let her go. They use her to trap others… Remember HR only protect managers and the company, never the reps. Managers like that have personality disorders.

HR is for risk mitigation they will do say anything to protect the company. You have to show its riskier for the company to provide cover for the bad mgr than to mess with you. Emails are best. Employees come and go emails last forever. Multiple emails from multiple people expressing similar concerns about the same bad mgr shifts both risk and the balance of power.
