Even if Amarin gets this, Drs have been writing Lovaza off label for TG's 200> with no problem and better MC coverage. It means very little at this point.

Except with the indication the doctors will be able to write for a product legally and mc will have to reject off-label use of loshitsalot.

Just watch Loshitsalot be changed to NC/PA for 200 - 299.

It will happen. FDA will put the clamps on the mc companies and BM for off-lable sales.

It's not illegal to prescribe off label. Doctors are already legally prescribing for 200-499.
