Typical. Not horrific like Novartis (talk to any rep who has gone through Entresto training this past year, where they actively try to eliminate you) and some other Big Pharma companies.

That’s good to know. It’s 10 days home study and then 3 days in NJ? How is the away training ?

The whole training process is very manageable. In home study, they provide you with a timeline on when you should complete things so you stay on task. The tests aren't too hard. If this isnt your first rodeo, then nothing should surprise you or come too difficult. The away training in New Jersey is great because it's very effective for being away such a short time. Most of it is spent recapping some of what you've learned in home study, then you get maybe a day to role play and practice the message. They make sure you are prepared.

No. And the hotel is nice. Our rooms had 2 king beds which was weird but no complaints there.

Who was your simulation role play with. My potential manager was a real dud!
