When you get hired as a sales representative (specifically Lung specialist) What is the training like? At home or away? and for how long?

Weeks of home study (4-6) and then you get to settle into the SSF culture for 2 weeks. Has the manager told you that home office training isn't until fall? You're going to sit around all summer long and pick dandelions in your yard while memorizing Avastin and Tarceva data. If you're going to work for GS, good luck, he's on the hot seat.
