can you please tell me about the training program? is it really a 16 week program? how long are you in sunnyvale for? It is alot of sales skills and role playing or more test on medical terminology, etc? Thanks

Do I have to share a room? Do I have to eat cafeteria food? What kind of expense account do I get during training?
 












Please can anyone share some info? I have asked reps before but they give you the politically correct answers I want to know for real what it is like? Please honest anwsers. Any tips for getting ready for training?

you're right. i'm a tool for asking a very relevant question. do i also get paid for the time i'm at training? do i get bonus' while i'm there? these are all very important questions.
 






These are your concerns? Will I eat cafeteria food?? Seriously? You don't deserve to work here. Your questions are asinine. Will you get paid? Do you honestly believe they won't pay you?? Your time at training will be nothing like the time you spend in the field, so better not to apply.

I had heard that you're not getting paid while in training b/c you're not producing. Also, am I sharing a room with someone else? Do we get expense accounts during training?

Honestly, ISI must be getting desperate if they are considering someone as neurotic as you. For the sake of every shareholder out there... Please dont even attempt to go to ISI. You're only going to waste the time of each rep/mgr you meet. You're only going to bring this stock down.

You're probably the same ditz that threw up all over CP a while ago, trying to decide whether to make the move or not from pharma.

ISI has got $2billion+ in cash right now, and profit margins of 30%+. I think they can afford to keep their people happy during an intense training period.

i actually just got hired on and am waiting to go to training. any words of advice?

Training is good. They do great job. Hardest part is being away from home, and putting up with 50 different alpha personalities. Trust me, you'll have a few "let me hear myself talk" types.

If you're the pharma chick who has diahrea of the mouth... then you're gonna have a super awesome time.
 






Speaking of Training!

I can't believe Greg Finnegan was hired from Covidien. He was just forced out/fired from Covidien EBD as RM of Michigan after having 4 years of terrible numbers. This guys lied, cheated, and stole from his reps. No one respected him. I was just made aware that Intuitive hired this worthless mule for a rep position in Ann Arbor MI. You mean to tell me that Intuitive couldn't find anyone better than some loser who threatened reps and stole from them to represent Intuitive in Michigan? What happened to the background check and references. Anyone with even a substandard intelligence in the state of Michigan knows that guy is BAD NEWS. Im sure he will tell you all how he used to ice players balls under Tom Coughlin for the Jacksonville Jaguars. That is his only claim to fame. Trust me when I say this, whomever the manager is now in Michigan really got duped by this guy. Its not Diana, so its got to be a new manager or the east side manager. Greg constantly fired reps, like 11 of them to be exact to cover his incompetence. Atleast you are aware of it now. His mentor was also fired at the same time from Covidien and he was blackballed from the industry and is now sitting safely at his desk as some manager at Target Stores. RIP in Finnegan, you are truly a floor flushing douchebag. I hope someone does some investigating on your background. You will be back out on the street in 6 weeks.
