Training?

Yes, home study with an insane amount of modules and a number to call for assistance from a trainer and you'll likely get a voicemail as they have them teaching during the day as well. So when your stuck on a topic in a module they will get back to you sometime. Meantime you're put on a deadline to complete the modules everyday. I'm sure this model saves Forest money. Good luck.

Hey OP, are you asking about when the 2nd session of training is for those hired last year or are you asking about your very first training session? The food is horrible by the way!

we are waiting for fresh meat in commack-bring your chip clips, tote bags and diamond tiaras for competetive role plays

Please tell me you are kidding??? I was told this was not a "role play" training and that the training is very adult centered, no roomies and no role playing. Adult treatment and time to relax when not in session in the morning and evening. Is this not true? I was planning on visiting some friends from college on the east coast, was told that his was entirely possible and the training is not like an army barracks.

Training is a joke - and a total waste of time. You can rip through the home study in 1/3 of the time they actually allot you. Don't listen to the live seminars. Commack is a joke - you sit through pointless classes and detail presentations that you will NEVER use in the field. Get your phone loaded up with some games. Schedules are from 8-5 everyday, but you can make it into the city by 7:30 if you hustle to the train station after you get out. Party all night and sleep during the training sessions. It's a mindless 3 paychecks as long as you aren't a moron when it comes to the tests. It really starts getting tough when you hit the field and your manager is up your ass over everything and your partner is clinically depressed BC of how bad the sales culture is here. I'm yet to meet anybody who is happy here... Except maybe my manager, but he is a robot and his head is so far up the RD's ass it's not even funny. And you will probably run into about 4 of your partners a day, hiding from their managers in Starbucks (about 4 managers in a territory due to this POD system). Spoiler alert: your manager really doesn't give a shit about anything BC they are super paranoid about their jobs because they don't do anything and some how get paid to relax all day and BS on ride-a-longs. To this day I have no idea what the hell an RD does - or an AM for that matter.

the DMs,RDs and ABD are just there to lie to and crack the wip on the worker ant reps. They all get paid bloated salaries for looking busy work.

Is this true.
Can you outline the home study. Tests every day, end of week. Hours have to put in a day etc.
I have the kids in the evening and was hoping I could get it all done during the day?
Thanks
