If you are a new hire in RB Pharma asking about training for new hires, you will need to ask your hiring manager. The employee training at RB has changed many times, with changes in training staff and management, and it's been a long time since RB even had a group of new field sales hires to train at the same time, so who knows? 4+ years ago, a third party company did all the new hiring & training (PSS) and then RB took this over, but there have been many changes. Deb Guyer, the current US training dept manager has only been here six months or so? Current employees have no idea how long the training for new hires will be and how it will be done.
