Who cares. Regardless of who the sales managers are....the company is cluster fuck from the top down. Can't be trusted. Went to sales training and was fed a shit ton of lies about how great it was to work for Apria. Was told how important we all were to the company. What a serious load of shit! Apria has so much turn over and they really could care less. They don't care about people. They only care about growth so some rich asshole at the top can buy a couple more houses or invest in more things each month or year. They act like their shit doesn't stink and that they are going to be around forever. They act like all the smaller companies will someday be purchased by Apria. Egotistical fucks. If they had any idea how to actually take care of their employees....let alone their customers....that may actually be feasible. Not happening. They can continue to buy companies like Praxair and think that they will be successful just due to size and payor contracts. I don't care how big you are or how much financial backing you have (Blackstone)....piss off enough referral sources for a long enough period of time and your big ass corporate cluster fuck of a company will sink into oblivion too.

Long term business success is and will always be about people and relationships.....period.

No... you get a life jerk off! I actually still work for the company only because it is really tough out there right now, but everything I said is accurate. You just haven't been around long enough obviously. I don't know where you are, but here in California.... that's how it is.

Yes - he's my new mgr. and so far, so good although he's got quite an arrogant attitude. I was hoping for the best until I did a google search and Cafepharma is the first thing that pops up for this guy. Looks like his last company couldn't wait to unload him on us. Wow!!! I was reading this thread and could have sworn I was reading the one for Otto Bock OS. I guess OBOS isn't the only organization that is having a difficult time. As for Ben, the person that wrote he is arrogant hit the nail on the head. It wasn't uncommon for Fbombs to be heard anytime you were in a room with him. He called service reps "drivers" and acted like all sales people were just lazy and stupid. It was apparent from the beginning he didn't see the value in relationship building between sales and the physician. I'm sorry to hear that his parting with OBOS didn't seem to cause him to reflect on his way of managing. He constantly talked about people scamming the company and I always wonder why people like him are so paranoid. I had personal experience with him underhandedly doing something behind my back, which was very unfortunate.

For those of you who have to interact with him, don't trust him any further than you could throw him while in his car. If you don't belong to a good church, join one now because you will need the break from the constant verbal bashing. I saw a shirt one time that said, "the beatings will continue until moral improves". I seriously thought about buying one for him. If he starts to show pictures of his grass and explaining how he wants his grass cut, ask him what use is it to cut the grass the way he wants if you eventually don't have any grass to cut. God speed Apria!!!!!!!!! Welcome to the party!!!!!
