How's the new hire training?
How do you pass the test at home and at home office?
This is my first Pharma company and I am feeling nervous, please help with advice.
Thank You!

Training is not hard, as long as you read all the modules you will have no problem
passing the in house test. As far as NY test, just study with your group and you willl be fine. Good luck.

A word of advice. Stay in touch with your mgr. on a daily basis during training. Get 100% on tests as often as possible. As far as Comack goes stay focused and like the above poster said, study with your group. Don't take shortcuts though...you'll get screwed if you do that. Good luck!!!

make sure you pass all your tests and work the trainer and managers for what is on the test. if you fail any tests you are on watch , if you fail it twice ,you will be on your way home and good bye job. if you leave for the weekend, dont tell anyone and leave at a time when no one is looking, forest does not like reps to leave the military compound during the trianing.

...also be prepares to not be treated as an adult. Only take a job at Forest if you are really down on your luck and have nowhere else to go. If you have been out of work for less than 8 month, pass on it. If you currently have a job, pass on it. It is not worth jumping to this company. All the bad things you read on this site are spot on. There are some good things, but they are few and far between and get lost between all of the back stabbing, issue with unreliable counterparts, young inexperienced managers, night time admin work, tons of useless emails, micromanagement, useless PDP from your manager, signature averages that make you chase signatures and not treat your territory as a business,...oh and don't forget about the lowest salaries in the industry and shitty target bonus of about $6500 a QTR if you are fortunate enough to have a territory with good MC access and good physician access. But hey...welcome aboard!

Hahaha...loved this!!! So spot on!!! Oh, and don't you love the "anonymous" surveys they send out? I loved really being able to tell it like it is because since it's anonymous no one would know it was me who said that I can't stand my mgr, or that he's completely incompetent, or that my team would work better without him. Yes, I felt very free to express my opinions since I know there's no way anyone will ever trace it back to me....right?
