Is the internet based training self-paced or are we required to complete requirements during certain time ranges?. Got something I need to complete that week for just 2 days.

It is somewhat self paced. From a year ago, Pristiq training, we had to have read and passed exam before the Webcam training. VCPT. That is the biggest deadline. Having said that, study as much as you possibly can.
