I live on Long Island and am a specialty Rep for another company. I constantly am solicited by recruiters for training positions at Forest. Can anybody tell me (I'm just curious) how there are constantly positions open for trainers on Long Island? Is it a revolving door? Low pay? Shitty environment? The job is constantly posted. Always on Monster and Linked In. Very strange.

These are people that are easily relocate able and take management jobs across the country when they open up. It is very easy to get promoted at Forest, we are growing like crazy.

Can someone elaborate. I was wondering the same thing. Constant training openings. Is this just a revolving door position?

Yes it's very easy to get promoted. Not because we are growing like crazy but because this company is fucking miserable to work for. Reps/dms are constantly being fired or quitting and they need to backfill so just plug in that rep with one qtr of decent numbers and three years experience at enterprise. That's the forest way
