what do you mean by training? usually when a contract is to start there is a start date, that would be your official day of hire and when you are on the time clock, when you go away for training, you still collect your paycheck and some companies if they feel good, will give you a training bonus for being away from home for a period of time

It used to be $18.75 per hour and they determine how many hours it should take and it varies by each product.
