I'm a new hire. Can anyone tell me what the training entails? Home study, test at the home office? Trainers good? Supportive? Will they help you as much as possible if you have trouble with the material?

I'd also like to know the roommate policy? Do you get your own room during initial training? What about other company meetings?

At meetings you get a roommate unless you won an award and then you get your own room for the year.

2 weeks home study, and 2 weeks training in Montgomery. There is an exam in the middle of weeks two; if you study the materials, and read the questions carefully, you should pass the exam. Trainers will certainly help you out as much as you need.
