Training Dept is HORRIBLE

We have the worst training dept. All they do is buy this recycled garbage from other companies and have presented to us. They don't have a genuine thought in their head except for the ability to follow someone's else syllabus. Makes the sales people feel like we are back in elementary school. They are pretty much useless and totally ignorant to how they come across as buffoons.

What do you mean? The training dept is much better now that RW is gone! Sooooo responsible and accountable(not). If only the higher levels knew how much training material others wrote and edited only to watch her incompetent ___ take credit for work. She is really a joke, yes looks may help her, but brains not so.
