Training Department

Going through training and just one question. Who hires these people? Ive learned more from my counterpart in two days than three weeks of listening to these incompetent former reps. And now going back for another week of made up information on the spot. Oh and god forbid you challenge them you may get lashings.

Even better yet, ask the trainers how many Gold Cup's they each have won. The most common answer you'll hear is zero. (I think JG has one). So you have mostly average reps at best training you...

The scarier part is that we all know why these idiots chose to go in to training. They all go in with hopes to become a manager one day. Its the easiest path to management! This company is a joke, just continue to send me my check, while I catch up on my Tv. I'll leave the rest of you to continue faking it hoping you make it with the Politics.hehe

Said from the worthless POS who, while criticizing the ambitions and career aspirations of others, proudly tells us of his complete lack of work ethic, values and any reason whatsoever as to why he should ever be employed by anyone. Do us a favor and drown in your own vomit...really.

Not true. There are good trainers, eg Darla and JD.

This is the type of idiot who joins the "Occupy" protests--jealous of what others have, but unwilling to work for it. Truly pathetic.

Just look at whose at the top of this department always remember crap roles downhill. I only know of a couple good mgrs to ever come out of training the rest never make it out of the training center it's onto the next job. Dead end job could you say.

Awwww :( Did I huuurt your feelings?

I had interviewed awhile back for a position at DSI in training. What disturbed me most was the interview(s). The most unprofessional, unmotivating and lax people who really did not know training were IN this dept.

The questions were not professional or in depth. A week later I got an offer elsewhere. I was called back for another IV and explained my thoughts. DSI WILL NEVER go forward with this mentality.
