A couple of comments and I've been here a while so it's appalling to say this ... your training stinks big time! In addition, what a waste of money doing commercials during Hallmark movies. What are you guys accomplishing?

A couple of people squawked about training and how great it is but these guys know absolutely nothing about training and learning. This place is an absolute joke.

On the contrary. Big pharma is ridiculously over the top with their months long training schedules for a disease state and drug class that’s been around for decades! If I’m correct, and I think I am, you were hired as an “experienced” rep. how much training do you really need to sell one product for one indication? You either get it or you don’t. Sounds like the latter for you.

sounds like a terrible place No regret I was not hired due to my gender.
Stock is up today. Why ?

I went through bipolar launch training at another large company and I thought the training for bipolar here was perfectly fine. They gave us the information we need to launch and let us practice together without a ton of useless fluff. The material and marketing resources are great. Overall, good job.

The only person posting on this thread is that idiot himself in training. But the training is actually not good. I've been through a lot better

The training we provide at ITCI is second to none. We spared no expense and actually invested in the best trainers out reputation could afford. Did we have a launch plan? Maybe. Did we hire the best ABDs? I’m here aren’t I? So what if the guy that was hired instead of me, quit… so what if I’ve driven away some very talented managers/RBDs? I still have a handful of Forest retreads that wouldn’t make it on a contract team, but here they are - pushing reps to sell mental wellness despite our resounding lack of experience in the space. We crack skulls and take names (well, we actually just write you up and let it become HR’s problem). Until next time!

Unspectacularly Yours,
Greg Mosher (and my merry band of fossils)
