Why is Intuitive hiring a senior toxicologist?

I think that we're looking into releasing a germ-surgery robot. It'll direct germs to attack tumors. We will test it on under-performing reps and all sales reps who show up late to general sessions. It'll then use graphene super-capacitor-based electromagnets and all-digital potentiometrics to coerce the germs out of the body, to leave no trace that we got you.

Look for a patent filing on this idea soon. No doubt that upper management will deny it.

Trick question. Toxicologist to deal with the bad effects of a toxic culture. Bad joke I know but it had to be said. Douchebaggery at its best can sum up the leadership and direction of this company for at least the last decade.
