That’s the danish culture, but it took a while to make it happen in the US. Martin Soeters and Jurek Gruhn cared about people. Doug has been a puppet from day one, which is why the Danes love him so much and why he is such a fucking asshole. This is NNI, and it’s here to stay.

Truth, this! But I get angry when people imply that leadership was better 10 years ago.
