Hi,

I received an email from interim CEO as did all employees asking for questions.

What I don’t understand is, why would the board wait this long to fire Joe. Now it’s the same old shit “save and sustain” bullshit with “let’s not stop our focus” rhetoric. Ok I get it, but why is a HAS BEEN person assigned to run Baxter and why do we have the dumbest people promoted and still in place in leadership rolls

So ya my question probably will be

1) Why hasn’t there been any accountability by the board and a reassessment of who the board members ought to be after a miserable many decisions spanning 5 years

2). Why is interim CEO compensation so high all while firing and laying off is rampant

3). Why are people traveling business class across the globe still for zero value

4). Why is integration not a top priority for the company

List goes on…I am tempted to just ask a question live at the townhall…

Amen to this regarding the interim CEO salary! Their unearned salaries are completely out of control, while we deal with layoffs and meager raises. With inflation, we make less each year. One thing we have in abundance in this company is corporate greed!! They do not care about us, our customers, or our patients. Their only true mission is creating talking points as subterfuge while filling their bank accounts with the big bucks. They are quite successful at this.
 






Amen to this regarding the interim CEO salary! Their unearned salaries are completely out of control, while we deal with layoffs and meager raises. With inflation, we make less each year. Per 8-K form:

Interim CEO gets salary of $108k/month, $600k bonus, $2.5M RSUs that vest immediately, and use of corporate jet or charter craft. For a temporary gig that will last 6 months or less...

Here's Joe's little package:
$6.89M payout, 2 years of health coverage, payout of 2024 MICP and vesting of LTI, $35k for "legal fees to review his separation/retirement offer letter" ... oh and salary of $650k to be a "special advisor" for 7 or 8 months.

HK gets her MICP increased to 110% (!!!) base salary and LTI grant increase to $5M/year.

The rape continues. Funny ... the company is now 35-40%+ smaller with BPS and Vantive gone and ongoing layoffs, yet these executive salaries only get more massive while employees salary increases continue lag inflation rate! What a scam!

Why don't you ask it then? Seems like you won't do it
 












It will be interesting to see what BS lies they spew for tomorrows shateholders call. I'm making an educated guess that after tomorrows call, our share price is going to be $25. Any bets on this?
 






Maybe it can go even lower? I sure hope not but I do think it is plausible. If our share price goes below the sheer value of real estate and a bit of products we are going to get brought out and sold in tiny pieces
 












its lucky to be holding , that selfish fuck Low Joe, couldnt fall on his sword whilst we looked for anew CEO and have a proper transition plan, the ego of the man, made them "sack" him, to extract extra pay and perks . Absolute piece of selfish shit all about himself , all the leaders Heather Alok Reaz they heap fake praise in public whilst the whole game is how much can they line their pockets with ......setting high tasks, lowering MICP for local people, if you are young and talented leave Baxter it has ZERO future, aligned to its pipeline and R&D spend PEANUTS!
