The most worthless. Jim has become out of touch and the other guys running things are even more worthless than these town halls. Come back to reality Jim. Where's the transparency you touted for years?
 






Agree with the poster,, seriously Jim came from HealthSystems and if you look at Astellas, they are 2.5x greater in size than any field Based arm. If he was a true leader, stop building your empire of HealthSystems,, and do not forget that the field sales team is the arm that touches the customers who treat our patients. Lastly, let Mark build out his Onco Business Unit,,step away delegate and it will come. Yes Oncology is a different marketplace frequency and routing does not work.. Good Luck

Yes. At times..reason for departures. Health systems is his comfort zone. Yes...reach and frequency..a broken model...is not the effective route. Certainly not for oncology..certainly not for hospital..and I would dare to argue not even in the community specialty sector for much longer. The value proposition has evolved. Not fun for the hospital folks either ...they have done all of the heavy lifting on the IHN/IDN side. Will never forget a person that will remain unnamed stating that "Hospital System A" would never establish a pharma directive for a generic to be used in lieu of a brand and that a if a directive were to be made it would come from the GPO..that "hospital system A " is a member of..not the hospital system itself.

Fast forward to today...Hospital System A acts as its own GPO. And now health systems has deemed that it is their job to manage "hospital systrm A" ....yet they rest on their laurels..not knowing who is on 1st. They were given the job they know not how to do.
