What a joke. Any questions? No questions. Click. This was absolutely the worst town hall I’ve ever been on. I feel bad for the RSD’s that had to provide that useless drivel. Just what the fuck does KM do? Where were the national account directors?

Please don’t get me started. The NADs are another useless bunch, figureheads, nothing more. In my territory, the largest payor still does not recognize Rayaldee as a viable treatment despite KDIGO and a growing demand for it by my customers. By now, the NAD should have already been in their office multiple times demanding an update to their step-edit requirement! NOT the case!
 






Please don’t get me started. The NADs are another useless bunch, figureheads, nothing more. In my territory, the largest payor still does not recognize Rayaldee as a viable treatment despite KDIGO and a growing demand for it by my customers. By now, the NAD should have already been in their office multiple times demanding an update to their step-edit requirement! NOT the case!

Now now, OPKO has the best people, outside of the RSS’s and pays everyone too much to work here. We are privileged to not get bonuses in the future and look, who needs coverage when you have the best support team!!!
 












My largest payer sent out letters to all providers who are trying to use the product and said they have no clinical need to cover it. Where is our NAD? That’s right he fell asleep listening to the moron RSMs who went on and on about the number of new hires on their team recently hired or still interviewing. Does it sound like we have a lot of people who have dumped this place? Maybe that’s what TN should worry about. Is that why NBRXs are declining?

We will hit 1000 when pigs can fly over Miami or Frost buys 300 bottles a week. Very sad when they keep getting rid of RSS’s and NOT senior management. Definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Try something new. If not it’s your funeral!

It’s so obvious your the only support and loser on this board KM. Talk about pathetic? Are you getting a little nervous cause the numbers are going the other way. The best thing about the Town Hall (aka Manager meeting) is to listen to the replay. You can't ask questions SO what is the point of attending the live Town Hall. Listening to the replay is better because you can skip all the RSMs blah blah blah about their district. No one cares about someone else's district. Let's all begin using the best business practices from the district that has been last in the country for two years. Better yet, let's all be hyper-focused on our top AVD physicians and visit their offices every week. The only productive RSSs in that district were acquired from other districts - not home grown or developed from their current manager. Good to know that Kirk has an "open door" policy. Is that a revised rule?
