The days of managers "riding" with reps is over. DSO is about competence. If everything starts at the customer, there had better be a competent person in that spot. If not, they have hired the wrong person and that needs to be corrected, not correcting the person, like the old way. Managers have way too many people for field visits and they certainly don't know the business as well as the person in the field. But if you don't make your number fairly consistently, your days are numbered. There is no longer room for the fake it till you make it people, or the people milking the system. New sheriff in town and you slackers won't last. Long overdue, you get paid for results not because you were hired.

That will come to an end very soon. Those AGMs who revert back to being an RBM, will be weeded out, and let go much like all the other RBMs that were let go. There is no need or room for micro managers in BA's system. He demands accountability and is not willing to pay for glorified babysitters. That is the point of DSO and middle management bureaucracy that includes field visits and reach and frequency metrics have no benefit for the customer. Those who revert back will need to find new jobs, it's just a matter of time.

wait… Bayer is going bankrupt? lol idon’t you pay attention to the market? I mean our stocks are $7.50 which is far below when we went public entering the market. Our Rounduo lawsuits are relentless close to 15 Billion a year and we cannot seem to keep the lights on. DSO has been well in place since Oct 2023 and we are worse not better. Of course PIPs will be coming how will they continue to weed us out. You can choose to wear your rose colored glasses or face the facts they cannot sustain all of us and they will have more drastic cuts coming. You can believe you’re safe but facts are facts.
 






WHC reps have no problem with Kerendia training or selling it for Bayer, we are happy to do so. It's the toxic, micro managing culture that we are observing right now in CVR that makes us not want to be anywhere near it. Avoid getting involved with that team for as long as possible.
