A&C is the only bright spot in this 3 BU model so I understand the anger, jealously and frustration from the contract and pharma reps.
A&C reps have better jobs, make more money and are more successful than you. You should have know that making $125/year to visit friends and have someone sign your iPad a few times a day was going to end sometime.
Do you think it's odd that your base has gone up a few percent points each year but your total compensation has decreased steadily for 10 years? You should do something about your shitty situation. Ask an A&C rep for career guidance. Clearly they know something you don't.
