How are the new Self Med products performing. Train wreck

We know how these products are performing! How will this division be sustainable long term based on the relatively flat growth curve? Unfortunate however there is little the sales force has had in the arsenal to differentiate the Self-Med products from generic competition. This coupled with poor, inconsistent distribution in many markets has made this a no-start.
 








How does A&C get away with openly buying business from accounts by inducing sales with tons of product when Rx cant even give away a pen? Bet that would be a fun question to raise :)

Since A&C is not reimbursed by the government for these Rx products, we can bribe all day long.

We don't bribe, our accounts forget from day to day how to use our products. Only giving away thousand of dollars of products help them remember. Perfectly legal and in no way associated with orders. That of course would be wrong and considered quid pro quo so we only do it to remind them how to use our products. They do forget a lot so it's very normal and all part of this business.

The A&C team is up 50% from last year and have never had less samples. Check you facts.
A&C is the only bright spot in this 3 BU model so I understand the anger, jealously and frustration from the contract and pharma reps.
A&C reps have better jobs, make more money and are more successful than you. You should have know that making $125/year to visit friends and have someone sign your iPad a few times a day was going to end sometime.
Do you think it's odd that your base has gone up a few percent points each year but your total compensation has decreased steadily for 10 years? You should do something about your shitty situation. Ask an A&C rep for career guidance. Clearly they know something you don't.
